For a new housing project under their umbrella, Uplands set out to develop the brand Overlook, drawing inspiration from the architecture that defines the land — a striking mid-century castle that anchors the site and stands as a magnificent relic of its era.
I was approached to design their brand logo and also a style guide. I took the tower from the castle as an inspiration and make it a part of the logo. I replaced the stem of the letter 'L' with the tower to better integrate it. The searchlight was a request from the client.
