In 2022, with the launch of MTV Roadies Journey in South Africa and the global surge of interest in NFTs, MTV—through its in-house, quirky brand MTV Fully Faltoo—introduced a unique series titled Fully Faltoo NFTs. I was asked to create an artwork inspired by motorcycles, aligning with the core spirit of the MTV Roadies franchise.
The piece focused on the raw metal elements that form the backbone of a rugged bike—exhaust pipes, gears, chains—and reflected the deep-rooted obsession motorcyclists have with customizing and modifying their machines. It captured the essence of living the biker’s dream, 24x7.
The NFT was minted under the ERC-721 standard and was later sold for $120.
