We took an editorial approach for the title sequence filled with historic and pop culture references of witches from different eras. We also created some specific cards associated with the characters, and initially shot some footage which was fused with the animated title cards.
My Creative Director and I led much of the design on this project from start to finish, including animation of the the title card, iconography of each name, and managed the project edit and all technical aspects of the the delivery process.
Type animation test : We wanted the type to have a witchy feel as they appear on screen
Type Ornaments I designed that were combined and used for the credits. I drew inspiration from a lot of vintage type ornaments used through ages.
